-floaters or chippers-these users interchange between the desire to releive psychological problems and the need for pleasure seeking. This type of user has two distinctive behaviors including, a focus on using other people's drugs often without a personal supply and vacillation between being a chronic type user and an experimenter type. I had never heard this term before
